Transport Guidelines
  • Transport facilities will be provided to students only subject to the availability of seats. Availability seats are dependent on accessibility and distance from the school.
  • The routes of the school buses are drawn up and the parents should consult the school transport Manager for necessary details.
  • The transport form is required to be signed by the Manager to confirm the availability of transport.
  • Students will be picked up and dropped off at a common bus stop, which will designated by the school authorities.
  • No transport will be provided to a different drop off point other than the pick up point.
  • For change of pick up point (residential area), an application should be submitted to the Transport Manager at least two weeks in advance. The approval of which is strictly subject to seating availability.
  • For security reasons, children should be accompanied by an adult to and from the bus stop if required.
  • The students and escort are required to be at the designated pick up and drop off area 10 minutes prior to the time agreed. The buses will not wait for the late comers.
  • Transport charges are fixed and have to be paid one month in advance. There will be no reduced or lower charges for one way use of the bus.
  • Request for cancellation / withdrawal of school transport services is to be submitted in the prescribed application form in one month advance.
  • The children should stay away from the main road until the bus drivers.
  • Students shall not enter, move about, or leave the bus while it is in motion.
  • No students shall come near the entry door of the bus until it has made a complete stop.
  • Students will not be allowed to board the buses unless they are properly dressed in school inform.
  • All students must occupy seats immediately after boarding the buses.
  • Students shall not thrust their heads or hands out of open window.
  • The front door of the bus is the only authorized   entrance and exit.
  • The drivers are authorized to stop buses at only the designated stops, unless otherwise directed by the Transport Manager. A list of stops is prepared keeping in view of the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change.
  • Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
  • No student is allowed to eat in the bus.
  • Discarding of trash, food or object of any kind either inside or outside buses is not permitted.
  • Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited. Courteous behavior is expected at all times. Transport registration of students will be cancelled if they are found guilty misconduct / misbehavior in the bus.
  • The diver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason.  
  • All students shall strictly follow the instructions of the bus leader’s appointment by the school. The bus conductors shall also be responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offences must be reported to the Principal.
  • Under no circumstances will children be allowed to board another bus to fulfill social engagements.

Students' Entry & Disbursal

Parents are requested to follow the following guidelines made in view of regulating students’ entry and disbursal in a safe and secured manner.
  • Gate No. 02 & 12 are meant exclusively for students availing school buses only.
  • Gate No. 11 is meant exclusively for students availing company buses only.
  • Parents are not allowed to collect their wards from the above mentioned entry points.
  • Students who commute by private vehicles like car etc., shall access only through the following Gates:
  • Gate No. 3 and 5 only for Boys
  • Gate No. 9 and 10 only for Girls
After 6.45 a.m. all gates will remain closed and students can enter only through Gate No.5 (Main Gate)
